Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Special Considerations for Skincare Products

  • Heat Sensitivity: Certain skincare products may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. While we use protective packaging, we are not responsible for minor changes in product texture, viscosity, or appearance due to climate conditions during transit.

Missing or Lost Packages

  • Once tracking confirms successful delivery, Beverly & Pearl is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Customers are advised to provide a secure delivery address.
